For nearly 10 years he served as Manager of Water Resources for Rio Tinto Kennecott Copper and was responsible for the largest private water right portfolio in Utah. Van is a Certified for Water Right Consultant with the Rural Water Association of Utah and the Utah Division of Water Rights.

Neil also specializes in groundwater geochemistry assessments & modeling. Matt Lindon, PE is a Senior Hydrological Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in surface water hydrology, dam design, permitting & construction, stream restoration & related surface water modeling. Matt served for 25 years as an engineer with the Utah State Dam Safety Section & as Assistant Utah State Engineer in charge of Technical Services for the Utah Division of Water Rights. Matt is an Adjunct Professor in the Civil Engineering Department of the University of Utah teaching Water Resource Management.
